With over a decade of experience in industry and operations, Stephan combines hands-on knowledge of production environments with a deep understanding of digital tools and energy systems. He’s led transformation initiatives in chemicals, manufacturing, and energy — including digital strategy, analytics, and large-scale operational change.
Before starting Enovin, he played a key role in making a 200MW electrolyzer demand response-ready — a first-of-its-kind project in the Netherlands. Today, he helps clients uncover and activate flexibility in their energy systems, drawing from real-world experience rather than theory.
